Privacy Policy

The counselor respects the privacy of users of the site and acts in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741 1981, including Amendment No. 13 of 2025. When using the site, including making contact or leaving details in a contact form, the user may voluntarily provide personal information such as name, telephone number, email address and the content of the inquiry. The information is provided by the user freely and is intended solely for the purpose of contacting the counselor, setting appointments and responding to the inquiry. The inquiry forms on the site are operated through a technological system of an external service provider, which enables operation services and collects inquiries from the site. Information provided through these forms may be temporarily stored in the service provider's systems, for the purpose of transferring the inquiry to the counselor. The service provider's systems may also operate or store information outside of Israel. The user agrees that the information provided by him/her/them will be transferred and processed within the framework of this service for the purpose of transferring the inquiry to the counselor. The counselor takes reasonable data security measures to protect the information received. However, the user should be aware that it is not possible to guarantee complete protection against intrusion into computer systems or unauthorized use of information. The site may use cookies and analytical tools for the proper operation of the site and to improve the user experience. The user may block cookies using the browser settings, but in such a case some of the functions on the site may not operate fully. The use of cookies is done in accordance with the provisions of the law, and if necessary, after receiving the user's consent. The site does not store or process payment details, and any payment for services is made through external and secure payment systems. The user has the right to contact the counselor with a request to review the personal information provided by him/her/them through the site, as well as to request its correction or deletion, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law. Requests on this subject can be sent using the contact details that appear on the site. In addition, the user has the right to contact the Privacy Protection Authority in accordance with the provisions of the law. Personal information will be deleted within a period of up to 24 months from the date of the last communication with the user. The counselor may update the privacy policy from time to time at his discretion. The updated version will be published on the website upon its entry into force.

Use of the site, including browsing, contacting, scheduling appointments, registering for services or receiving professional information, is subject to the site policy and privacy policy and constitutes full consent by the user to all their terms. The purpose of the site is to provide information and content in the areas of self-awareness, personal development and mental well-being, as well as to enable contact with the counselor and receive information about the professional services offered by him. The consultant reserves the right to update the terms of the site policy and privacy policy from time to time at his sole discretion. Any change will take effect immediately upon publication on the site, unless otherwise stated. The site and the services provided through it operate in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel only, and any dispute regarding the use of the site will be resolved in court authorized in the State of Israel. The site policy is formulated in the masculine grammatical form for convenience only and applies equally to all genders. The site policy is formulated in Hebrew and translated into Russian and English for the convenience of users only. In the event of a contradiction, inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the Hebrew version and the translation into another language, the Hebrew version will prevail.

Policy and Agreement for Providing Counseling Services

1. The Counselor is not a psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist or other medical professional, and does not engage in clinical activity, diagnosis or treatment of mental, emotional or medical conditions of any kind. 3. The services provided include counseling support, emotional support and coaching support, intended for personal development, to increase self-awareness and strengthen the sense of self-worth. 4. A person entering into this agreement pays for the services and actually participates in counseling meetings and programs (hereinafter: "the Participant"). 5. The participant confirms that the services provided: Do not constitute psychological, psychiatric or medical treatment; Do not replace clinical psychological treatment, psychiatric monitoring or medical treatment; Do not include medical diagnosis or the provision of medical recommendations. 6. Responsibility for decisions, actions and the implementation of information received within the framework of the meetings lies exclusively with the participant, except in cases expressly provided by law. 7. The information transmitted within the framework of the meetings is confidential and will not be transmitted to third parties, except in cases provided by law. 8. The consultant takes reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of the counseling process, but is not responsible for the acts or negligence of other participants, including their own breach of confidentiality. 9. All materials provided within the framework of the services constitute the exclusive intellectual property of the consultant and are provided to the participant for personal use only. 10. Consent to the terms of this agreement will be deemed to have been given from the date of payment or delivery of written confirmation by electronic means. 11. The support is mainly provided in the form of counseling sessions, but in exceptional cases the participant may contact the counselor outside sessions, and the response will be provided according to the circumstances and the counselor's discretion. 12. Providing services to minors: Services to minors will be provided subject to the consent of a parent or legal guardian and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. The engagement in this agreement, including registration, payment and any other obligation, will be carried out solely by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian declares and confirms that they have given express consent, are fully responsible for all obligations, and are aware of the nature of the services. 13. This Agreement is drawn up in Hebrew, Russian and English. In the event of a conflict between the versions, the Hebrew version shall prevail. 14. All the clauses in the masculine grammatical gender in this Agreement also apply to the feminine grammatical gender and vice versa. 15. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. 16. Scheduling and confirming the session are subject to advance payment. The sessions may be held in an individual, couple or family format. The participant may cancel the session within 14 days from the date of the engagement, provided that the cancellation is made no later than two working days before the date of the session. 17. In the event of cancellation, the participant will be refunded the amount paid, minus 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, within 14 working days. 18. Cancellation or postponement of a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund. Lateness will not extend the duration of the session. Failure to arrive will not be eligible for a refund or compensation. 19. The counselor may terminate the session if the participant is under the influence of psychoactive substances. A session terminated under such circumstances will not be eligible for a refund, compensation or postponement. 20. The participant may purchase a package of sessions at a reduced price. Payment for the package will be made in advance. Cancellation conditions are the same as for a single session. 21. In the event of cancellation of the agreement or failure to use the sessions, the price will be recalculated according to the price of a single session for the sessions actually used. 22. Sessions not used during the predetermined period will not be saved or transferred, unless otherwise expressly agreed. 23. Each session will be subject to the terms of this agreement, including cancellation, postponement and no-show terms. 24. The counselor may terminate the session if the participant is under the influence of psychoactive substances. A session terminated under such circumstances will not be eligible for a refund, compensation or postponement.
